简易上手的浓郁顺滑又有口感的布朗尼蛋糕


材料 Ingredients 

8”方形模 Original recipe makes 16 brownies

100 g (1/2 cup 杯) 白糖 white sugar

30 g (2 T大匙) 无盐奶油 butter

30 ml (2 T大匙) 水 water (♥我用鲜奶代替 I change to milk)

250 g (1 1/2 cups 杯) 苦甜巧克力(切碎备用)chocolate chips ♥

2(粒)  全蛋 eggs

3 ml (1/2 t 茶匙 ) 香草精 vanilla extract

85 g (2/3 cups ) 低筋面粉(也可用普通面粉) all-purpose flour

1 g (1/4 t 茶匙 ) 烘焙小苏打粉 baking soda

3 g (1/2 t 茶匙 ) 盐 salt

做法 Directions


  •  烤箱预热至325华氏度(165摄氏度)。8x8方形模抹油备用 。 (预热8-10分钟)
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch square pan. ( Preheat 8-10 min) 



  • 准备一个中型平底锅,加入白糖,无盐奶油和鲜奶(水),搅拌均匀。开中火煮至沸腾。关火,然后拌入巧克力碎片,直到巧克力完全融化顺滑。再分次加入鸡蛋和香草精搅拌均匀 。
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, butter and water. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. 



  • 面粉、小苏打和盐一起过筛,最后加入到巧克力糊轻轻搅拌,搅拌成巧克力面糊。均匀倒入方形烤馍上 。
  • Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the chocolate mixture. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.



  • 将烤馍放进预热好的烤箱,烤25〜30分钟。不要烤过头哦 !待烤馍冷却后再切块,就可享用了!
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until brownies set up. Do not over bake! Cool in pan and cut into square,enjoy it !
